The Resort Core is the first district of Qiddiya City to welcome visitors. It is built across two levels of the Tuwaiq escarpment: Six Flags Qiddiya City sits on the upper plateau, with Falcons Flight launching riders out over the cliff edge, while Aquarabia, the planned hotels and the golf course sit lower down.

How to plan a visit

  • One park per day is the comfortable pace. Aquarabia is a daytime park and Six Flags runs into the evening, so a combo day is possible in cooler months.
  • Parking is free and both parks are signposted from Route 40.
  • No car? A free shuttle runs from Riyadh Metro stations for ticket holders; see getting around.

Eating and sleeping

For now all food is inside the parks (see restaurants), and there are no hotels open inside Qiddiya yet, so base yourself in Riyadh or Diriyah (see hotels).
